You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Should you choose this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You are kindly requested to return the goods or hand them over to us without unnecessary delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Should you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without unnecessary delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Therefore, it shall be your responsibility to promptly provide us with the bank details (IBAN) on which we shall process the refund or PAYPAL account.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to:
a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if performance has begun with the consumer’s express agreement and with the trader’s acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following full performance of the contract;
b) supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which the trader is not in a position to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) supply of goods made to measure or clearly customised;
d) supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) supply of sealed goods that are unfit to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
f) supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods;
g) supply of alcoholic beverages with a price agreed at the conclusion of the sales contract, where delivery can only take place after thirty days and the actual value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the trader’s control;
h) contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the trader for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work.
If, on the occasion of such visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessary for carrying out the maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or good;
i) supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery;
j) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
k) contracts concluded at a public auction;
l) provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental services, catering services or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
m) supply of digital content through a non-material medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s express agreement and acceptance of loss of the right of withdrawal.
